Solicitor's Hourly Fees:

Solicitor 10+ years experience

Solicitor 5+ years experience

Our Fixed Fees:

We are very clear about our fees at the outset and normally provide the following services on a fixed fee basis:

ONE OFF CONSULTATION

Depending on complexity of the case and seniority of expert

Attending on client, considering documents and providing relevant advice.

QUICK ADVICE

We also offer a 20 minutes advice session with one of our solicitors for £60

PLEASE NOTE

The fees quoted are exclusive of VAT. Kindly note that where applicable, VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate, which is currently 20%.

Counsel Fees and Disbursements are to be paid separately in addition to our fees. Examples of disbursements:

Home Office Fees, Application Fees, IHS, Court Fees, Expert Report Fees, Interpreter/Translation Charges, DNA Tests etc.

The fees quoted exclude in person attendance at the Home Office premium appointments/interviews, visa office etc.

These suggested fixed fees are for standard applications and may have to be revised upwards if the matter is of a complex nature, requires additional work or we are instructed at the last moment for urgent work.
